When it comes to Pilates, simple doesn’t equal easy. This workshops focuses on fundamental movement repertoire and patterns that are repeated frequently throughout the method and build the true foundation of the work. Utilizing all studio apparatus, participants get immersed in the depth of these “basics” and learn how to look at them and get the most out of them.
Space is limited! Registration is non-refundable but transferable to another attendee.
How much will I move during the workshop?
A lot! There will be 2 daily breakout sessions to practice in addition to in-depth explorations of various individual exercise.
Which apparatus will be used during this workshop?
The Fundamentals workshop incorporates repertoire from the Reformer, Mat, Cadillac, the Chairs, and Barrels.
Will there be breaks?
Yes, there’ll be a 30-minute refreshment break each day, as well as bathroom breaks as needed.
What do I need to bring?
Bring a notebook, curiosity, questions, and a healthy body ready to move!
Can I take videos?
360° Pilates workshops are a phone- and camera-free environment with the exception of the Q&A section during the last hour of the event.
