We’ve always considered #marchmatness a thank you note to the basics of Pilates. Especially now, after a year that has intensely changed our lives and practices, we want to celebrate how our Mat has been there for us in 2020 with our official caption theme: “Thank you notes to Pilates”
Share with the world what your thank you notes sound and look like; think about what your Mat has done for you this past year, how your practice may have changed, and what it feels like to recommit to your practice on the Mat again for the next 31 days. Perhaps you want to say thanks to a fellow practitioner, your teachers or your students… it’s up to you!
