Body meet spring, spring meet body.⁣⠀

So many training opportunities begin right here in the seemingly simple task of pulling the arms to your sides. Every millimeter along the way is a negotiation between movement and dynamic stability, but once your arms are properly connected to your back they’ll take you places, such as:

  • lift/push/pull strength
  • better back health
  • enhanced shoulder mobility
  • increased coordination
