Prayer feet

Whether in Leg Springs, Seal, the Short Spine Massage, or on the Arm Chair—the mighty “prayer feet” position can be found throughout the original work. In it, the outer edges of the soles of the feet press into each other, both inverting and supinating the feet. It’s not a desirable position to take into everyday, functional activities, but rather a nifty way to get the soles of your feet to become an active participant in the movement, engage the inner legs, open up your hips, mobilize your ankles AND unlock the lower back.
