Movement cannot be fully grasped from photographs alone, and 360° Pilates is a carefully curated environment in the world wide web (far away from YouTube and Instagram) that highlights the systematic nature of Pilates. 360° Pilates showcases all exercises and their relationships to one another, and allows trainees to supplement their learning at their own pace, even outside of the studio.
Our platform is not meant to replace your manuals and curriculum, but to live alongside them as a living display of how the method fits together. Your program won’t change, but your trainees will connect the dots faster!
