Share one memorable moment from being on set with us.
Being on set for this project was enriching and fun! Benjamin didn’t miss a beat so there were exercises I had never done or it had been quite a few years since I attempted.
What’s your spirit Pilates exercise and why?
The Roll Over! I love exploring the exercise with control or momentum, I often incorporate it in transitions. The exercises that it progresses towards (Jack Knife, all shoulder stands, the High Scissors and Bicycle, etc.) are also some of my favorites. My body always feels better after a rollover.
I love Pilates because…
… it meets you where you are. At different times in our lives, we need different elements from our movement practice, and Pilates supports that. Pilates has given me a strong integrated foundation. When I roll out my mat, or place my feet on the foot bar and begin Footwork, there’s always something to explore and connections that are made. I love that!
