Too much information

The surface contact with the apparatus.
The resistance of the springs.
The pull of gravity.
The quality of your breath.
Your reflection in the mirror.
Your teacher (and their cues, correcting and spotting).
Your body awareness and proprioception.

All these things are coming at you during your practice with equal force. The question is: when you can’t listen to them all… which ones should you listen to the most?
